 First and foremost, Sarah & Laura operate as partners in life. So you’re about to work with two women who practice what they preach with integrity and tenacity. 

We've both built heart-centered, impact-driven businesses and confronted much of what it requires to be service providers with massive value to share. We know the challenge that it is to do justice to one's work and also have an eye on the nitty gritty items. Building our dreams takes time, energy, courage, faith, a willingness to heal, and a certain degree of ferocity. 

Our Goddess Programs are the best ones we know of for a few reasons: 

• There are myriad personal and professional growth programs that tell you how to do it, but who don't know YOU, or work with your unique challenges. We've seen this creates a lot of disconnect for people, and an eventual lack of self-enrollment in their passion-project vision. 
• Programs that promise tricks and tips to make breakthroughs fast without addressing the work it takes won't support you in doing the work it takes. Period.
• We don't promise results. We promise to bring our total professional integrity and show up to every session ready to do powerful work. If you promise the same and continue to show up even in the face of fear and challenging circumstances, your vision and your results will get the message that you mean business. 
• We love the work we do together that it's honestly a value-add to each of us personally. It's true passion and both of our hearts that we're bringing to meet with yours.

If we’re not running a Goddess workshop or program, then you can most likely find us tracking our moon and/or menstrual cycle, tending to our wounds, romantic lives and family responsibilities, walking our talk on and off the yoga mat, and signing up for our next personal development course.
